Pride Center of Western New York, Inc. (PCWNY) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. The mission of the Pride Center is to work with the community to make Western New York a safe, healthy, and satisfying place for LGBTQ people to live, work and establish their families.
The Pride Center of Western New York, an affiliate of Evergreen Health, is a Buffalo-based 501(c)3 health promotion organization specializing in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) health and HIV prevention. Established in 2001, The Pride Center's goal is to promote the lifelong health and well-being of LGBTQ+ people.
Our office is in Buffalo, but we provide services throughout the eight counties of Western New York State.
We’re primarily funded by the NYSDOH - AIDS Institute and our work forms an integral part of the New York State Governor's HIV Strategy - Ending the Epidemic.

The Pride Center envisions an LGBTQ community in which individuals feel safe, secure, and affirmed where they live, work, worship, and play. The Pride Center will be an integrated part of the social fabric of Western New York, nurtured by those we have served.
