Quad Citians Affirming Diversity (QCAD) is a comprehensive support and advocacy organization serving the LGBTQIA community throughout the Quad Cities region, including Moline, Illinois. Since its founding in 1990, QCAD has provided essential education, advocacy, and support services designed to create an inclusive community for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
