About The Living Room of Clackamas County

The Living Room supports and celebrates LGBTQIA2S+ youth, ages 14-20, in Clackamas County. Our programming is youth led and our services are rooted in youth-adult partnership. We offer accessible programming and resources that encourage the personal growth, sense of belonging, and development of leadership skills among LGBTQIA2S+ youth and their allies.

Our Mission: Creating a supportive and welcoming community for and with LGBTQIA2S+ youth in Clackamas County through advocacy and education.

Our Vision: A community where LGBTQIA2S+ youth thrive.

The Living Room began in 2009 after a local mother’s search for community for her daughter came up empty.
